Terms and Conditions

Subscription Plan Terms:

One of the products we sell is a recurring subscription program.  Each month the purchaser will receive a soldering kit.  Since the subscription program is recurring, you are agreeing to be charged every 30 days for 'monthly' plans and every year for '12 months' plans.  If you do not cancel your plan before getting another charge, we will be working with the assumption that you wish to continue your subscription.  If you have any issues or problems, please message us through out 'About Us' page and we will make out best efforts to remedy your problem the best way possible.  We can not issue refunds for a subscription plan when that month's box has already been shipped.

If you sign up for a '12 month' plan and for whatever reason the subscription program is ended, you will be issued a prorated refund for your annual plan's purchase price.

Refund Policy:

Cyber City Circuits will replace defective equipment, tools, and parts within 15 days of the delivery of the item.  Cyber City Circuits reserves the right to request the defective equipment to be returned for inspection.  If there is an issue with a subscription plan, please send us a message from out 'About Us' page and we will address it the best way that we can.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

It is important to us that nobody is injured during any of our classes.  Each class that involves soldering will start with a solder safety review.  Accidents will happen.  It is always important to wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with electronics.  This includes, but are not limited to, eye protection.

By making any purchase from Cyber City Circuits, you agree to indemnify and hold Cyber City Circuits, employees, and other agents associated with the business, training, and other programs harmless and hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury, bodily injury or property damage which I and/or the Minor may have or which hereinafter may accrue to me and/or any Minor against the aforementioned parties from and against any liability arising out of or connected in any way with my and/or the Minor’s participation in this Activity, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities mentioned above. Participants may be using tools such as pliers, utility knives, hot glue guns and soldering irons. Although appropriate instruction and safety protocols will be in place, there is still a possibility that an injury could occur.
Please understand that people will be soldering. The solder we will be using in all classes will be
lead free, but because of the nature of electronics, lead may be present in small quantities on the circuit boards or within the electronic components. Electronics may contain lead and this is a typical warning label associated with lead solder: "WARNING: THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS LEAD AND MAY CONTAIN OTHER TOXIC METALS OR CHEMICALS. Ingestion or inhalation of fumes or particles released through processing could cause lead poisoning or cancer. Absorption of lead is known to cause birth defects and other reproductive harm and may result for example in damage to the blood and neurological systems. Use only with adequate ventilation. Lead Free Solder may be used but please be advised the rosin flux also produces fumes.”
You also acknowledge that you understand that accidents and injuries can arise from participation in any soldering or electronics training; knowing the risks, nevertheless, you hereby agree to assume those risks on behalf of yourself and/or any Minor in your care and to release and to hold harmless all of the persons or entities mentioned above whom (through negligence or carelessness) might otherwise be liable to me and/or any Minor (or my/our heirs or assignees) for damages. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release and assumption or risks has been freely entered into and is to be binding on my/our heirs and assigns. By making a purchase you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the registration and program policies.
