This is for one FTDI Board and a USB cable. These are used to perform serial communication to many micro-controllers. This FTDI board has six pins on it that makes it breadboard compatible. Other pins used that are on the FTDI are also broken out on the board. These are also often used while diagnosing different hardware issues and also while reverse engineering equipment.
